Making A Purchase

If you have an existing account just fax a purchase order to us. If you wish to apply to open an account please contact our office.

We accept Visa , Mastercard and AMEX

We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or email .

Shipping And Handling

There are different delivery methods ranging from same day next flight to road freight .Most interstate deliveries under 5kg are charged at $22.00 for overnight Air express.

Delivery Schedule Subject to availability, we will deliver your goods as per your chosen method. We Endeavour to ship out the same day the order is placed.

Back Orders

Most items are in stock and available from Next Day delivery, If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will be notified immediately if there will be a delay with your order and you will always have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges

For orders originating in Australia a 10% GST is added.

Guarantee

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 12 month guarantee against failure. If you need to return any goods please contact our service section.

Returns

Claims for short delivery or goods damaged in transit must be made within 7 days of delivery.
