The MiVoice 5370 Digital Phone offers an advanced range of features. When used together with a headset, it is also optimally designed for heavy telephone users, such as call centre agents. As a standard, 12 freely configurable keys are available for team, control and alarm functions.
The Mitel 5370 Digital Phone can be equipped with a headset. Based on the DHSG standard, the headset can be used to control the volume, as well as to accept and clear down calls. The 5370 Digital Phone can easily be expanded with one additional keypad.

Via its “attention” LED, users are informed of newly received text and voice messages even if they have chosen to reduce the ringing volume.
